Edit your profile

To update your Account profile information click on 'Edit Profile' on the upper right hand corner of the page. Here you can change your password, edit your Contact information and set your Default License Type. 

You can also upgrade your subscription and add more storage from this page: 


Change Subscription
  • Click on 'Change Subscription' on the Edit Profile page
  • If you have signed up for a free trial account you will be able to upgrade to either a Standard or a Pro account; if you already signed up for a Standard account, you will be able to upgrade to a Pro account from here. 
  • Select the appropriate account and follow the steps







    Upgrade Storage


    Please note: 

    Trial Accounts: Storage can't be added to trial accounts. If you want more storage, please convert to a standard or PRO account.
    Standard Accounts: Standard accounts have a 5GB storage limit. If you want more storage, please convert to a PRO account.
    PRO Accounts: PRO accounts have no storage limit. With a PRO account, you can add as much storage as you like.
  • Click on 'Upgrade Storage' on the Edit Profile page
  • Select the appropriate Storage upgrade, then follow the steps to purchase the additional storage
