Prepare Content
After you uploaded your images/videos you will land on the 'Prepare content' page. Here you can apply metadata and licensing information to either single or multiple images or videos.
If you are uploading in batches, you can also continue to upload your images first, then access the 'Prepare Content' page by going to 'Add Content' and clicking on the 'Prepare Content' button on the right side of the page to prepare all images later.
Prepare single image
Select one or multiple Uploads (sorted by Upload date)
Click on the image to select it (by default the first image is selected, if you'd like to select a different image, put your cursor over the image and click on 'Apply Individually'
Add appropriate metadata

Select one or multiple Uploads (sorted by Upload date)
Click on 'Select All' or select multiple images by clicking on 'Add to Selection' on the image
Add appropriate metadata - the metadata added here will apply to all images selected (you can update metadata for individual images in the 'Manage Content' area)
You can also append keywords to multiple images on this page by entering the appropriate keyword(s) and clicking on 'Append Keywords'
After you added the metadata that applies to all images, you can click 'Save Metadata' and then add more data to individual images if needed.
Click 'Prepare Content' to move the images to your available content
