Manage Content

From the Manage Content page you can Edit, License, Archive/Delete and Download your images as well as add images to your Galleries and Lightboxes. 


After going to the 'Manage Content' page you will see all available content displayed - you can order the content by either Upload Date or Content Name. By default 16 images are displayed on this page in 4 rows - you can select to display more or less rows by clicking the + or - sign next to 'Showing 4 Rows:' on the upper right side above the thumbnails.








You can also search for specific images (see the Search section in this manual for details) or filter by Content Type, License Type and Upload Date Range. 







  • Click on the gray header to open the options
  • Select the appropriate option

    Content Types: Filter results by Image Content or Video Content
    License Types: Filter results by Rights Managed, Royalty Free or Rights Simple license type
    Date Range: Select date range by Upload date

    When holding your cursor over the image you will see the various actions available for the content. Click on the appropriate button to access the action. 







    Preview

    Click on the 'Preview' button to open a pop-up window which will display are larger view of your image plus the metadata associated with the image.
