License

1) Generate License
Clicking on 'License' on the content allows you to create various licenses for your clients or save them for later use. The following licensing options are available, depending on which License type you chose: 






a) Rights Managed
Quick License: Broad License based on PLUS standards
Plus Packs: PLUS Packs offer the flexibility of broadly defined licenses in a form that is simple, straightforward and transparent.
Custom License: Detailed Custom License based on PLUS standards
Saved License: If you have saved preset RM Licenses you can apply them from here






b) Rights Simple:
Rights Simple (RS) is a unique licensing model offered by LicenseStream.  It combines the protection and detail of a Rights Managed license with the simplicity of a Royalty Free license. It can be selected in a single click and all the terms of the license are included in the simple rights statement.
  • Select content that is marked as RS
  • Under License Type select either Personal (for personal use) or SoHo (Small Office/Home Office)
  • Select the usage
  • Add any Addendums, if applicable
  • The License Fee is generated using PLUS standards, however, you can update the Fee in the 'License Fee' field
  • Click on 'Build License' to create the license







    c) Royalty Free:
    Royalty Free content can be used by any client or purpose, in any industry, for as long as he or she wants. Because it is non-exclusive, anyone else can purchase the content to use in the same manner.
  • Select the Resolution from the 'Royalty Free Usage' area
  • Add an Addendum, if applicable
  • The License Fee is generated using either the Default RF pricing or your own pricing, if you have made any changes to the Default RF Pricing (if needed, you can also update the pricing for this specific image in the 'License Fee' field
  • Click on 'Build License' to create the License





    1) Preview License
  • Preview License Summary (click on 'Back' to make any changes)
  • You can save the License for your own use or for Public Use (the default is not to save the License)
  • Click 'Quick Checkout' to check out the specific content or click 'Add to Shopping Cart' if you are licensing multiple content
